Lead arrives. You describe the project, Glewit drafts the proposal from your catalog and knowledge base. You review, adjust, send. Contract follows when they sign. Handover packet closes the loop.
Three service businesses use Glewit every day — the same team that ships the software.

Every feature shipped because one of us hit the wall it solves.
Project data flows forward — enter it once, render it three ways. Proposal becomes contract becomes handover, every field carried over.
Glewit matches the customer’s project description against your service catalog and drafts a complete proposal — branded, priced, ready to send. You review and adjust; the system handles the assembly work.
Try it free →Once your client accepts, generate the contract with one click. Payment schedule, scope, terms — every field carried over from the proposal. Make any final adjustments, then send for signature. E-signing built in. No DocuSign fees.
Project complete? Generate a complete handover packet — inspection checklist, equipment schedule with serials, warranty summary, maintenance guide, sign-off forms — pulling from templates you set up once for your industry. The client gets a professional close-out that triggers the warranty clock.
These are real Glewit outputs from a synthetic example project — a fictional pool builder, a fictional customer, and the actual three documents Glewit produces from one project. Open any of them to see what your proposals, contracts, and handover packets would look like.
Multi-page proposal with custom design layout, itemized scope, available options pricing, and embedded vendor brochures (Hayward, Pentair, Sta-Rite). Generated in minutes from project specs and the builder's catalog.

If Glewit helps you close one extra job this year, it pays for itself.Sending proposals same-day instead of three days later changes how often you win. A single extra closed project at $75K covers Glewit for three years. The math is yours to do.
Try the workflow. See if it fits.
Your proposal workflow, done in 30 minutes instead of 4 hours.
Built for established operators managing multiple crews and high project volume.
Glewit is built for project-based service businesses where the proposal itself does the selling — work with detailed scope, vendor coordination, milestone payments, and warranty handover. Vendor brochures embedded in the document. Your catalog drives every line item automatically. Contracts with milestone payment schedules. Handover docs that trigger warranty terms.
If you send proposals, sign contracts, and hand over completed projects — glewit was built for you.
Yes. The Free plan lets you generate proposals, contracts, and handover documents at no cost, plus track projects from quote to handover. The tradeoffs: documents carry a small “Powered by glewit” watermark, you’re capped at 3 active projects (advance projects to Complete in the Pipeline to free a slot), and auto-drafted proposals, the knowledge base, and automated follow-ups require Pro or Enterprise. Free is a complete workflow you can run with real customers — a great way to see the product fit before upgrading.
Everything you create — projects, brand colors, logo, catalog customizations, and document content — is saved permanently to your account. Documents carry a small “Powered by glewit” watermark, and you’re capped at 3 active projects at a time. Upgrade to Pro ($199/mo) to remove both the watermark and the cap. (Per-project images on Free are stored inline in your project doc to keep things simple, which limits image-heavy projects to about 1 MB of artwork total; Pro uploads images to Cloud Storage with no size limit.)
Each company needs its own workspace and its own subscription today. If you operate multiple businesses, you’ll create a separate account for each one. We’re planning a multi-workspace access feature so a single login can switch between businesses you own — until that ships, two businesses means two logins.
Pro ($199/mo) removes the “Powered by glewit” watermark, lifts the 3-active-project cap, and unlocks draft proposals from your specs and catalog, the company knowledge base, one-click contracts and handover packets, and automatic operator notifications when clients open or sign documents. Enterprise ($499/mo) adds optional auto-send for proposals that meet your quality threshold, a 1-hour onboarding call, custom document design tailored to your brand, quarterly review calls, and same-day priority support.
When a lead arrives, Glewit searches your company’s knowledge base and matches the project description against your service catalog. It suggests line items with quantities, prices, and a confidence score on each line. You review and adjust before sending. Drafts get sharper as you upload more documents about how your business operates.
The pipeline tracks every project through 16 stages from initial lead to closed. You see where every job stands at a glance. Pro and Enterprise plans can automate transitions: auto-generate contracts when a proposal is accepted, send reminders when a client hasn’t opened their proposal, and request reviews when a project completes.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel a paid plan, you’ll retain access to your saved data for 30 days. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan and saved data is archived.
Free plan documents include a small ‘Powered by glewit.com’ text in the footer of each printed page. It’s subtle and professional — it won’t embarrass you in front of a client. Pro and Enterprise plans remove it entirely.
No. glewit runs entirely in your browser. Go to glewit.com, create an account, and start generating documents. It works on desktop, tablet, and mobile — anywhere you have a browser.
Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in Google Cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest. We don’t sell or share your data. Your client information, pricing, and documents are private to your account.
Documents are generated as HTML and exported via your browser’s Print / Save as PDF function. The output is a standard PDF that you can email, print, or upload anywhere. No special software needed to open them.
Yes. glewit provides standard contract terms as a starting point, but you can edit every word. Your custom terms are saved to your company profile (Pro and Enterprise plans) and used on every contract you generate.
Yes. While our first customers were pool and spa builders, glewit works for any service business that sends proposals, signs contracts, and hands over completed projects. Consulting firms, creative agencies, landscapers, HVAC installers, remodelers, electricians, photographers, interior designers, cleaning services, IT providers — if you quote jobs, glewit works for you. During signup, you’ll choose your industry and get a catalog to start from.
Pro and Enterprise plans include a client portal. Each project gets a unique link you can send to your client. They can view the proposal, contract, and handover documents as they become available — no login required on their end.
Enterprise plan ($499/mo) includes a 1-hour onboarding call where we configure everything for you — logo, catalog, contract terms, the works. We also include quarterly review calls to make sure you’re getting the most out of glewit. Pro plan users can reach us by email.
