You may cancel your glewit subscription at any time directly from your account settings dashboard (Manage Billing). Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier.
Because glewit offers a fully functional Free tier for you to test the software prior to upgrading, we do not offer refunds or prorated refunds for any unused time on a Pro or Enterprise subscription. All charges are final.
If you cancel or downgrade, your generated proposals and contracts will remain safely stored in our database, but you will lose access to premium features such as permanent cloud storage for new projects and the client portal.
